There is so many wonderful things I can say about this woman I almost don't know where to start. I first met Oksana in April 2016 when we began our home search. We were in the process of selling our home in NY and wanted to relocate to the Toms River, NJ area. So our search with her began. She showed us more houses than I thought possible to start. We found one we loved and made an offer. Unfortunately things fell through and after being under contract the sellers got impatient and were not being ethical so we lost the house. Oksana is an amazing realtor! I’ve never worked with someone so professional, so dedicated, and so passionate about her work! We had a rather complicated sale, and Oksana was a godsend. She is a Certified Staging Professional, so, thanks to her advice, the day we put the house on the market we had 7(!!) offers.
